Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
We accept all cancellation requests before the printing process begins. Unfortunately, if your order has been sent to print, it can't be cancelled. Otherwise your order will be subject to our "no ask" returns policy minus a 30% reinstatement fee.
How do I track my order?
After the blanket is shipped (within 3-5 days of ordering), you will receive an order update with the tracking number included.
How long before I get my return refund?
As soon as the item/s have been returned and inspected you will get a refund minus a 30% reinstatement fee.
